This notice explains how patryk.tech ("I", "me") processes information when you visit the site.

What data is collected
Site analytics (Umami, self-hosted)
I use a self-hosted instance of Umami analytics to understand aggregated site usage (e.g., page views, pages visited, referrers, approximate device/browser information). It is configured to operate without cookies and I do not use it to identify individual visitors.
This site does not provide forms or user accounts. If you contact me by email, I will process your email address and the contents of your message only to respond.
Purposes
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics).
- To reply to messages you send (email).
Legal basis (EEA/UK visitors)
Analytics: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating and improving the site.
Email correspondence: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to inquiries, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract where applicable (Article 6(1)(b)).
Data sharing and transfers
Analytics data is stored on my own server and is not sold. I do not share analytics data with third parties. I do not transfer analytics data outside the EEA unless I change my hosting location; if that happens, I will update this notice.
Retention
Analytics data is kept only as long as needed for site statistics and is periodically deleted or aggregated (for example, older data may be removed).
Email correspondence is kept only as long as necessary to respond and for any follow-up, and may be deleted later.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including the EEA), you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or to object to processing of your personal data, and to request data portability where applicable.
